Follow the A361 from Barnstaple and travel to Braunton.
Drive into village and at the second pedestrian crossing with Co op store on the left, turn sharp right behind the SQ Restaurant.
Drive up the hill to the junction then turn left and immediately right at the mini roundabout.
After 60metres turn left into Franklyn Avenue and travel up the hill.
The B&B is on the right, the second 2nd house from the top. It is the only brick built house.
