We are situated in a quiet, tree-lined avenue with off-street parking and only a few minutes walk to the centre of Braunton, with its many restaurants and pubs including the famous Squires Fish & Chip restaurant. A short distance from Saunton, with its Golf Course and golden sands, Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe. Exmoor National Park is half an hour away and perfect for a day out. We are half a mile from the South West coastpath. From your room you will can enjoy extensive views over surrounding countryside including the Torridge Estuary.

The self-contained suite has a private breakfast/sitting room where there is provision for 2 additional guests on sofa beds. The accommodation has its own separate entrance and you are free to come and go as you wish - no curfews here!

How to find us

Trojen Bed & Breakfast, Franklyn Avenue, Braunton, EX33 2JY

  • Follow the A361 from Barnstaple and travel to Braunton.

  • Drive into village and at the second pedestrian crossing with Co op store on the left, turn sharp right behind the SQ Restaurant.

  • Drive up the hill to the junction then turn left and immediately right at the mini roundabout.

  • After 60metres turn left into Franklyn Avenue and travel up the hill.

  • The B&B is on the right, the second 2nd house from the top. It is the only brick built house.

  • Nearest Train Station: Barnstaple

  • Nearest Airport: Exeter

  • Bus Route: 21A

  • On foot: 1/2 a mile from the South West Coastpath

We came for only two nights and as soon as we arrived we wished we had booked for longer. Jenny greeted us with a very warm welcome and our accommodation was stunning, beautiful views from the windows, first class facilities and quite honestly the best B&B we have ever stayed in.
